Decemeber, son 7 months

Katy was hands down the best decision we ever made! Stricklen was a rockstar sleeper then came the 4 month regression, which spiraled downhill and we never recovered. He was 7 months and waking several times a night wanting to “feed” (really just using me for comfort) and waking some nights every 1-1.5 hours. I looked at myself in the mirror one morning and looked more rough than I did that first month. That very afternoon we talked with Katy and began tracking that night. The next day actually seeing his night pattern was shocking! She tracked for a few days then we discussed his Sleep Schedule – the most amazing 20 page report that I will forever be thankful for! The first two nights were rough but then the third night we took a turn and every night there after was better. Within 4 days of starting with Katy we were getting longer stretches of sleep, no night feedings, and no pacifier (at night AND day time). Katy provided us with 2 weeks of support – every morning before 8 am she would email our plan of attack for the day based on his night’s sleep and then updates throughout the day. She was there for reassurance and guidance EVERY. STEP. OF. THE. WAY. Stricklen rocked the night time sleep training and is making huge improvements for nap sleep training. We were able to get him on a schedule and the MOST IMPORTANT thing about it all was that it was very specific to him and his needs. The absolute key to it all! I scoured the web looking for quick fixes that would “magically” get him to sleep, we tried them all…all of them. But what worked for one baby/family on the internet was never going to work for him because there are so many factors that create the perfect plan for YOUR baby.
