Katy was such a big help when we were transitioning our little one from the SNOO + day time naps in a swing into the crib. She gave us two sleep training options and let us choose the one we were most comfortable with ... and it worked! I’m still using it at the times our baby cries when we put her down and it works like a charm. She also provided a plethora of information via a PDF including schedules, feedings + tips. If you want your sleep and like a plan, Katy is your gal. We also texted her with any last minute issues or questions we didn’t think of during our initial call. She was quick to respond and always had the right things to say. Even giving us a little encouragement that we were doing the right thing! Not only does she work with babies, but she also works with toddlers!! This is huge. She had great ideas on how to get that stalling toddler to go to sleep. I wish I could keep her in my pocket until our littles are in Kindergarten, she’s the best!
